Our company has two souls: it is a consulting and training company and a research and innovation laboratory.
We work in the service of public and private companies, HR management, territorial development and labour through a wide and distinctive offer in terms of quality and innovation, aimed at enhancing the value of people so that they can contribute with satisfaction to the achievement of their own objectives and those of the organisations within which they work.
We base our work on the idea of the centrality of the person, on ad hoc planning, on the systemic vision of the organisation, on the relationship of consultancy, trust and equality with the client, but above all on our passion for this job.
We have the dream of making the world we live and work in better. That is why it is not enough for us to do well, but we want to do better, to make each project beautiful for the people involved and for ourselves.
We are driven by passion. We put this passion into everything we do, the same passion every day as on the first day: for people, for groups, for the community, for relationships.
We do not promise easy and painless solutions. Rather, we believe that the best solution comes from direct action, from the dialectic of opinions, from confrontation, from re-evaluating resources and energies, from getting involved.
We believe that knowing and understanding the world that surrounds us, the phenomena that go through it, is an important part of understanding even the daily facts of living in organisations. For this reason, our priorities include study and research in the field, with Italian and foreign partners. Research that first of all questions our way of seeing situations, that gives voice to the direct protagonists, that mobilises thoughts and energies present, that allows us to build interpretations useful for action, transformation and change.
