We at ISMO have always wanted to keep a window on the world so as not to lose sight of 'other' knowledge and perspectives to complement our own expertise.
This is the spirit in which Lavori in Corso (LINC) was born in 1992, a series of free meetings organised around issues, themes, problems, signals, concerns that are present in the context of our work. Not specialised topics, but transversal ones, useful for broadening the sense of one's own actions; conversing in a simple and captivating way with important voices, related and less related, around significant metaphors of current reality. We organise, promote and participate in conferences and seminars on issues of particular relevance and topicality around labour issues.

OPEN TALKS is a space for digital but not virtual dialogue and reflection, useful to elaborate a reinterpretation of the social and economic context in which we live. The aim of Open Talks is to compare different perspectives, opinions and points of view in order to tackle complexity, making daily challenges an opportunity for learning, development and change. Today's opportunity is called COVID-19; we would have gladly done without it, but let it not pass in vain.
