MARCO MESCHINI

In my roots I carry the Marche, sea of rolling hills, and Lombardy with its edges and pearls to seek. I grew up on bread, sports and Greek versions and in Psychology I found, by slow conquests never peaceful, my daimon/my vocation. Today, I am a psychologist who at the crossroads between clinical and occupational psychology has decided, for 20 years now, to pursue both, putting them at the service in an integrated way of a very specific goal: to contribute to sustainable, beautiful, inclusive human and organizational systems that generate collective value.
I joined ISMO in 2006 attracted by the spirit of the place, an 'irresistible integration of genius, method and values of militant civility.
Here I learned the art of process counseling and organizational diagnosis, integrating the psycho-social keys with the systemic keys acquired with the school of psychotherapy (Centro Milanese di Terapia della Famiglia "Boscolo-Cecchin"): all in the service of a real clinic of organizations. Today, I am responsible for one of the Institute's distinctive and identity areas: the here-and-now methodologies and products.
The main roles I play are those of consultant, coach (individual and team, with ICF certification), trainer and trainer of experiential workshops and t-groups. The projects to which I am most dedicated in recent years are on the one hand organizational development interventions and management training, and on the other hand design and implementation of here-and-now workshops oriented to personal, collective, and institutional transformation. In between these two main activities I design, write, study, and nurture alliances with national and international partners on topics of expertise.
Outside of work, I am dad to Marcello and Margherita, partner to Marta, passionate about my own family and bulimic to life and whatever I feel can fuel it.
