Research presentation "HR & Safety at work: a link that creates culture"
This yearISMO has launched an interesting initiative in the field of "Safety at work" in partnership with AIFOS (Italian Association of Occupational Safety Trainers and Operators) and AIDP Ricerche.
We carried out a research/survey on the relationship between HR & Safety functions, to understand how and when they manage to act in a systemic way within their own reality, giving rise to significant and lasting interventions, capable of promoting Safety Culture.
AiFOS continues its activity aimed at deepening the knowledge of the world of safety training, through the research that will constitute the AiFOS Report 2015 "HR & Safety at work".
The research is carried out in collaboration with ISMO and AIDP (Italian Association of Personnel Managers) and aims at investigating the relationship between the functions Human Resources Organisation (HR) and Safety at work (OSH) in companies.
We invite everyone to support this research by filling in the questionnaire and to spread the link to other colleagues, in order to enlarge the representative sample that will form the basis of the research. The data collected through the survey will be processed and analysed exclusively in an anonymous and aggregate form, in full compliance with the privacy legislation of D. Lgs. n. 196/03.
