Il coronavirus ha impattato pesantemente sull’economia e sul mondo del lavoro, accentuando il divario tra i generi e svantaggiando soprattutto le figure femminili.
Ecco che il concetto di pari opportunità, nel post emergenza, diventa sempre più importante per la ripartenza del mondo del lavoro e per una rinnovata visione strategica d’impresa, in cui al centro venga posta la “risorsa umana”, valore aggiunto e imprescindibile, del tutto indipendente dal “genere”.
