ISMO has decided to establish a scholarship, for participation in the Master Professione Personale, 29th edition, in memory of Luigi Volpe, ISMO member, inspirer and long-time Director of the Master.
The scholarship will allow participation in the 29th edition of the Master in Human Resources Management, which will start on 20 June 2022.
The BLENDED FORMULA, through a delivery mode partly online and partly in presence, guarantees an excellent training experience adaptable to both personal needs and professional commitments.
At the end of the master's course, an internship will be guaranteed, an important placement opportunity in national or multinational companies or management consulting firms.
The offer is aimed at recent Italian and foreign graduates in all disciplines who want to complete their professional training in the field of Human Resources Management. It is a scholarship worth 5,000 euros, fully covered by ISMO. Profiles will be selected on the basis of their academic qualifications and motivation.
The Professione Personale master's programme was created thirty years ago to train HR specialists. The training course is based on the centrality of the person as a subject before being a professional resource. It is aimed at recent graduates and young professionals in the field of human resources, but also at those who, despite not having a degree, demonstrate an equivalent culture and solid motivation. The methodology includes lectures, experiential workshops, monographic courses, e-learning and visits to partner companies, which also offer in-house internships. Participants will be supervised by a tutor offering counselling.
