ISMO has developed and successfully tested the "Digital Learning Dialogue" training methodology, which is essentially a synchronous distance learning (virtual) activity, aimed at developing learning that requires dialogue, confrontation, ... group. It is therefore different from the "Virtual Classroom" and even more different from the Webinar, as it focuses on the participant and his/her dialogue experience as well as on the training content.
Digital Dialogue sessions typically involve 4 to 8 participants and last on average 2 to 3 hours, with possible follow-ups. They can be subject to funded training.

What is it? A training practice based oncollaborative learning, managed with digital platforms, which enables teacher-led distance learning sessions to take place with the active involvement of learners in synchronous mode.
What is it for? To overcome organisational and geographical barriers| to ensure practicality and immediacy | to present and elaborate the fundamentals and key concepts of the thematic areas, but also their relation to the experiences, skills and practices of the individual participants ("team coaching" mode)
