Hope as the guiding thread of existence. Today the main theme will be that of hope, which is a theme that needs to be analysed a little more broadly in order to be understood. Hope (speme) is "a certain expectation of future glory" (Dante). It is interesting to note that in our understanding hope is hardly associated with the concept of certainty.
