"Propaganda' does its utmost to convince us that there is nothing we can do but resist, resign, adapt. The world is what it is, incomprehensible and twisted.
The thought of complexity, with its richness and openness precisely because it is anti-deterministic, has been transformed into a vulgate on indetermination and therefore on the incomprehensibility and confusion of events: therefore we can only do this, that is, inexorably repeat what we do and presume to know and therefore to control.
But is this really true or is it a further spectre agitated for the masses of individuals phagocytised by the enjoyment of consumption and deprived of the "subject of desire"(Recalcat). He is the new grand Inquisitor who opposes the law of gift and love(Zagrebelsky)
We think it is possible to formulate other hypotheses starting from Candide's legitimate doubt and paradoxical logic. Do you know Mr Voltaire? Perhaps a new enlightenment is possible in the sense of casting different glances of light in this ocean of darkness?
We are optimistic because, even if far from the media spotlight, new debates are fermenting minds: from renewed interest in the gift, in spirituality, in tolerant cohabitation, to a new model of happiness.
