With this project, we set ourselves the objective of first of all recovering the text of the Constitution, which today is somewhat forgotten, and rediscovering how very current it actually is, almost prophetic with respect to certain issues, which are more important than ever today, such as the centrality of the person, the dignity of work, freedom, equality and equal rights.
Its greatest strength, we believe, was the conception and co-design from the outset by a Steering Committee made up of the HR Function of Automobili Lamborghini, the territorial Trade Union Secretariats, the RSU and the Consultancy.
This gave the training course a strongly participatory and choral imprint. The main objective that guided this project was to make the people within the citizens' organisations more aware and responsible.
The feedback we received from the participants was extremely positive. The project resulted in great involvement, even surprise mixed with emotion at times for the rediscovery of this beautiful text!
